Flu vaccination appointments are now available.  Please check with reception to see if you are eligible.
NEW PRESCRIBING POLICIES - Worcestershire CCG no longer support the prescribing of certain items.

Gluten free products and products that can easily be purchased over the counter will no longer be prescribed by your GP.  There will also be changes to baby milk and oral nutritional supplements.

On-line access

We are now offering new and improved on-line services.

You can:

  • order repeat prescriptions
  • book appointments with a Doctor 
  • view your medication, allergies and immunisation records.
  • view coded medical information and new documents 

To be able to use these services each patient will personally need to come in to surgery.  Please complete the form below and bring it into reception with photographic ID - passport or driving license.  (If you do not have photo ID we may accept 2 current utility bills showing your name and address.)

Please note this service is only available to patients aged 16 or over. 

Once you have been into surgery and registered, you will need to return to collect your online ID.  Once you have collected this please use the following link to patient access.

Please click on patient access tab in the top right hand corner of the homepage.

From this link you will be able to order repeat prescriptions and notify us of any change to your personal detials.   You are now also able to book your appointment with the Doctor online.  You are currently not able to book a nurse appointment.
