We are now offering new and improved on-line services.

You can:

  • order repeat prescriptions
  • book appointments with a Doctor 
  • view your medication, allergies and immunisation records.
  • view coded medical information and new documents 

Try the new NHS App

If you’re a patient at our practice you can now use the new NHS App, a simple and secure way to access a range of NHS services on your smartphone or tablet.

You can use the NHS App to check your symptoms and get instant advice, book appointments, order repeat prescriptions, view your GP medical record and more.

If you already use patient access you can continue to use it. You can use the NHS App as well.

Alternatively you can sign up for patient access where each patient will personally need to come in to surgery.  Please complete the form below and bring it into reception with photographic ID - passport or driving license.  (If you do not have photo ID we may accept 2 current utility bills showing your name and address.)

Please note this service is only available to patients aged 16 or over. 

Once you have been into surgery and registered, you will need to return to collect your online ID.  Once you have collected this please use the following link to patient access.

Please click on patient access tab in the top right hand corner of the homepage.

From this link you will be able to order repeat prescriptions and notify us of any change to your personal details.   You are now also able to book your appointment with the Doctor online.  You are currently not able to book a nurse appointment.
