Please note if attending an appointment at our surgery we ask all patients to wear face covering. If you do not wear face covering you may be unable to enter the building for your appointment. You may be asked to re-book your appointment if you attend without face covering.
Please do not park in our car park at the back of the surgery unless instructed to do so by one of our GP's
To park without prior agreement will result in you receiving a fine of £100.

We understand that the phone lines may be experience an increase in calls however we have set up a call back system so that we can deal with the increase number of queries. If you have any questions regarding Coronavirus (COVID 19) you can complete a Coronavirus query form using our ONLINE CONSULT link which can be found under our online services tab.
Once you have submitted a form via Online Consult it will be picked up by the surgery.

We like patients to see the same Doctor for routine matters whenever possible, but one of the Doctors is “on duty” for all emergencies after midday during the week.
That Doctor will see all patients whose problem cannot wait for a routine appointment and visit patients if necessary.

If you cannot attend for your appointment please phone and cancel so that we may offer it to someone else.
If you fail to attend for your appointments we may write to you informing you that if the situation continues we may not be able to keep you as a patient.
We offer telephone consultations every week Monday - Friday - some are bookable in advance and some are bookable on the day.
